LANDI Switzerland applies the following range strategy:Quality / price / selection
LANDI sells high-quality products at very attractive prices. The selection within the product categories is deliberately kept very narrow. The quality and price of our standard items are thus compared with the leading nationwide competitors. As a matter of principle, LANDI manages the whole range at a permanently low price level.
2-pillar strategy – emphasis on private brands
LANDI offers a self-contained range – with an emphasis on private/authoritative brands. Around 60% of sales are currently achieved via private brands. Where it makes sense, branded goods are stocked as a second pillar to round off the range.
5-year guarantee as a success position
LANDI stands by the quality it sells and offers a 5-year guarantee on specific items. The high quality on offer makes it possible to offer the consumer this unusually long guarantee period as part of the standard terms and conditions (material and manufacturing defects).
Targeted management of permanently low prices
LANDI deliberately dispenses with non-food promotions. Consumers should always be able to shop at LANDI at the best possible prices. Compared to the competition, LANDI is around 30% cheaper than the market average with approx. 1,600 LANDI prices.
