All companies and sectors across the entire Swiss retail industry, both large and small, have set themselves ambitious targets for new vocational training. This has not only involved the development of new and modern teaching aids but also a reorganisation and rearrangement of retail. As a result, it has been possible to lay new foundations for vocational training. 10 sector groups form the basis of vocational training in sales. Each sector group comprises one or more sectors, that is to say associations or groups of companies offering common basic training. One of these groups – and thus one of the training courses – is called Polynatura.
